TRRE is where the clinical work meets the culture. Broadcast on Urban Heat 98.1 FM through iHeartRadio, it is an unhurried conversation about healing, power, work, and what it costs to keep performing — hosted by Dr. Guan Q. Ellerbe.
It is also the front door to everything that surrounds the show: workshops, educational resources, the book library, and a growing community of people doing the same work in their own rooms.
Leading Light Speaking & Consulting is the professional side of this work — the keynotes, the consulting, the coaching. TRRE is the public side: the conversation, the community, and the resources that let people keep going after the engagement ends.
